Welcome to Ana’s Deli and Café, owned by the passionate couple Dimitrios and Ana. Nearly ten years ago, they journeyed from Mykonos to London, where they have both dedicated themselves to the hospitality industry.
Ana a talented chef, has honed her skills in some of the busiest kitchens, including a five-year tenure at Nobu, as a sous chef. showcasing her strength of character, extensive knowledge and patience.
Dimitrios brings his wealth of experience from front-of-house roles, including his time at Soho House. His warm smile and exceptional communication skills ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
After countless hours of hard work and determination, they have opened their new deli café at 63 Grays Inn Road. Ana’s Deli and Café, Ana shares her delicious recipes, while Dimitrios presents them with enthusiasm and care.
